Sponsorships are good for one calendar year from the date of sponsorship payment

Logo/Image requirements: Please submit all logo artwork on disk, flash drive, or other large format submission process. Be sure to include any support files and fonts. Acceptable files include high resolution press optimized PDFs, TIFFs, or JPEGs. Preferred formats for logo printing include .ai and .eps files.

We will e-mail a copy of the contract to obtain a wet signature.

*Logo placement on T-shirts only guaranteed if art and payment are received by July 31.
